A joke. As stated by previous reviews, calls are never answered or returned. I had to find and reach out to his personal cell to get a response (and he had the audacity to be unhappy about it). Then he didn’t show up to court. They called him an hour after he was supposed to be there and he said he “didn't know he had anything there today”, however his other client said he had told him the day before he wasn’t going to be there. As mentioned in previous reviews, this office is extremely difficult to get in touch with. Emails, texts, phone calls, voicemails frequently unanswered. I was in Augusta in inpatient rehab from June 2024 - January 2025, and during that time this law office got me not one, but TWO bench warrants issued against me for failing to do their job and submit my documentation showing I was at an inpatient facility and unable to make it to two scheduled court dates. Is it possible to actually contact anyone from this law group? Possible lawsuit may be in effect because it’s messed up to treat clients like that.
The worst I can never get in contact with Dane. He was appointed to me for a simple traffic case I was given 12 months probation if I didn’t get anymore citations or into any trouble for 6 months I could get early termination. With that being said after the court date I didn’t hear anything back from him tried to contact him via texts email several calls and voicemails.
