I will not be mad about leaving a 1-star review, solely because of the woman in the office today at the Assessment Office. I have lived in Hot Springs my ENTIRE life and have never had an experience bad enough to make me want to leave a review like this. Today changed that. Mark this date, because the woman working the first window—whoever she is—was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a public office. Very pleasant and professional staff. It took just a few minutes and I was on my way to the next office to complete registering my newly purchased vehicle.
