Maybe they are better with business but I was behind one of the trucks today and it was swerving back and forth on the road while me and my kids were behind him. He kept fluctuating speed and at one point went into the other lane. Come to find out he was on his phone! The entire time I was driving behind him, he was on his phone. Beware of Kip Garland and Garland Construction—this contractor is a scammer. Multi year lawsuit with this contractor who over charged me beyond our agreed upon bid. Judge ruled in my favor saying I owed precisely what I offered/told him. Poor communication and terrible business professionalism. Overall horrible experience.
