Setup an appointment to have my chevy truck aligned here. They said I would have to wait for a two hour window because my truck was older. I dropped off my truck on time, but after 45 mins they called and said they were unable to align it due to bad ball joints. The ball joints had less than 500 miles on them! I went to Bobby's in Jacksonville and they got my truck aligned in 45 minutes and said my ball joints were fine. They inflated my tires past the maximum psi including the ones I said not to touch. Lost all my valve stem covers. Did NOT balance my tires at all. I'm never going back and would recommend that anyone who values their life or their car go there either.
Fast and efficient servie. Gave me a free rotation and balance when I bought my tires, always polite, and no I don't work there.
