What an amazing man. Customer service is off the charts. Plus he had the specialty item I’ve been searching for.
I waited until 9am and they never open. They should be more serious about the schedule.
I called this morning and spoke with whom I believe was the owner. He is kind, helpful and VERY knowledgeable about what I was looking for. (I mean VERY knowledgeable) We will be giving him more business in the future!

I would give a lower rating, but the gentleman that answered the phone was very unprofessional and was quite rude and proceeded to brag that if I didn't have "x" amount of bolts then I wasn't worth his time and hung up on me. The only reason for my call was to see if they purchased bolts and the man dressed me down as if he was above answering my questions.
