Worst medical experience of my life thus far. I was recently admitted to the hospital needing to have my gallbladder removed, and Dr Alexander was my assigned surgeon. I was in severe pain, and he came in to meet me only once a few minutes before the surgery. In that short meeting, he seemed tired but said not to worry b/c he had 6 of these surgeries alone today, and it was a standard 30-45 minute procedure.
