Garima Agrawal was the only doctor to really explore all options with me. I was having tremors, and the hospital chalked it up to nothing. I knew it was something more. Went to Phoenician Neurology and they explored every possible test with me. I finally found out the root cause of the problem. She and her practice were in constant contact with me and I felt like she really cared.
This place is terrible I had 2 appointments with Dr Agrawal and she was late both times. This last appointment I waited for over an hour and 10 minutes and just got up out of the exam room and left.
Only way to get medical records is to drive to the office and fill out a form or fax a written request. Who has a fax machine in their home in 2024!!!
