Was referred to Gargoyle by our contractor. Overall, two primary issues took away from what was otherwise good service. Really, three issues, the third being their inability to even slightly make good on the actual quality issues. The project was for a floating vanity countertop (a seven inches above a custom floating cabinet) in our newly remodeled master bath/bedroom. Great service, quality, and attention to our needs.
First off I have to say our kitchen counter tops and backsplash look amazing! Gargoyle was easy to work with. The communication was spot on. The installers were meticulous and it shows. Their showroom and selection of natural stone was impressive. We were able to pick out a sink there too. We love our kitchen again. Look forward to getting our bathroom countertops done next, will definitely be using Gargoyle again.
