Not happy with this place. Unprofessional, under staffed and just rude. One time I waited an hour and a half for an appointment because they were understaffed. I went yesterday to have blood drawn. I work till 3:30 but purposely got out early to make it before 4 to have blood work. I got there and they said they were too understaffed to draw my blood. I explained how I drove 30 minutes and left work early and she was very rude. I will be finding a new OBGYN.
My Dr that I seen was nice. But apparently the other staff are over worked and very rude. I simply needed a referral and got vomited on with words about I need to find a new primary Dr and she's the only one back there. So I politely said, "well that's not my fault, but hope your day gets better." I can hardly walk, but your word vomit was not necessary this morning! I will be leaving this practice!
Nice place, pleasant doctors. The only issue I have are the waiting times. They make you wait in the main waiting room then take vitals and make you sit in a smaller waiting room with knees touching other patients. I honestly don't know how these pregnant women don't get worked up over that. After waiting at least an hour in this second waiting room, then you go to the room and wait for the doctor for at least 35 more minutes before being seen for 5-15 minutes and then put back in the knee waiting room and then paperwork to ... read more

The workers at this facility are super friendly and fast! Love giving blood here to save a life!
Seriously, if I could give this practice 0 stars, I would! They have ABSOLUTELY NO compassion! It is as if they just go through the motions. They are in such a hurry to rush you out of there after you have waited sometimes hourS (plural) past your appointment. Damn, who got to spend more than 5 minutes with the doctor that put them so far behind???? I have a high risk pregnancy (I knew this going in after my first baby) and they seem completely uninterested in any of the symptoms. They have not monitored the situation AT ALL... read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They sent out some notice saying they have a desperate need for O-Neg blood. So, wanting to help, I drove an hour down to donate. Because I have a 3 year old with me, they turned me away, even though my son could have sat at the children's table they have in the waiting room while I donated. I hope the receptionist needs O-Neg and doesn't get it. You're welcome.
