A great doctor and the staff is very pleasant
Was a patient a few years back. Just been busy with life. Called to get an appointment and was denied because I was a patient that "stopped coming". But will accept new patients! Tell me how that makes sense! This healthcare system is twisted!
Best doctor hands down. Always listens and offers sound advice. Never once has made me feel unwelcome or crazy when describing my symptoms. Always willing to do further testing to put my mind at ease.
I have been a patient of this office for over 30 years and am now leaving this practice. Not only has the office staff been rude and condescending in the past, but Dr Garg actually called me today about an appointment I supposedly had which I told them to cancel. He raised his voice on the phone to me and told me "I don't have the time to babysit you." I am appalled that any doctor would raise his voice to a patient and suggest that he has to babysit. Dr Garg is very thorough and is very involved with this patient care unlike some practices where you never get to see the actual doctor. He cares about his patients.
