Attorney Karen Marcell and Rachel Cooperman are really terrible at responding to emails and calls. Always out of office and take a month to respond to emails.
We have a mortgage and this law firm wants a copy of lease agreement from me along with payment of rent due.
Had call this office several times requesting information and trying to speak with Lisa Dancel, but she is always unavailable and always in meeting and can’t even be courteous enough to return my calls. I just need assistance and follow up. Which I have not received to this date.
