I have read the above remarks and must agree with JHorner. I have been to Garfields several times and have been disappointed more often than not. I continued to retured hoping it would be better the next time, since I do love some of the food and it's convient in the mall area. However, after one of my last experiences, and reading the above, I have made the decision NEVER to return to this establishment! EVER!!! Well, to begin with, I go in with a friend of mine and we sit at the bar for faster service though it was not crowded. We ordered our appetizer and began eating. They provided us with silverware and napkins. Now, you know as well as I do that bar napkins are primarily square and thats exactly what was on the edges of the bar. The napkin I was was given was provided with the silver. It came from behind the counter. I noticed after I had wiped my face with it that there was a piece of gum in it.
