Pharmacist was so patient and helpful, I called other pharmacies in the area and they were the only willing to help me, staff were super nice. I also loved that’s there’s plenty of parking in the back, I will come back here for sure.
Horrible service, Clerk Cathy Su horrible at explaining and speaks very loudly and unprofessionally. Do not come to this Pharmacy. Will not explain anything to you and will get tired of your questions. Very bad overall.
This place has no idea what customer service is. There was a tall middle-aged man who spoke Chinese at the cashier counter. His service attitude was very bad. He spoke very loudly and did not listen to what you said. Waiters with bad attitudes should be fired because they are not suitable for this job.

This place doesn’t know what customer service is. Apparently they have a captive customer base so they don’t need your business. Everyone there is rude and incapable of sympathy, and needless to say, empathy.
