Very disappointed. Used Garfield Marine & Storage to winterize, wrap and store our boat. When we left it there in the fall, there were no tears in our seats. Picked it up in the spring with a tear in our seat - obviously from something sharp. Zero accountability by them.

I am going to be up front with all new comers, Don't rent here till you have read reviews.We rented one 4th weekend, first we had to wait awhile on store before anyone knew we were there, after ringing bell a couple times. We got out on water, had for for some hrs, started raining so we pulled in let some of our group off. Went back out just by the dock area, stopped raining so we were going to go to dock get some of our group that come back. We rented a pontoon over Memorial Day weekend and our family had a blast! The pontoon was clean and worked great. The rental process was easy and the workers were great to work with. We will definitely be renting again!
