This place is packed with exclusives designs on rings, necklaces, bracelets and more. I was looking for a bracelet repair but turnaround time wasn’t convenient to me. However, I think that any sophisticated request will be resolved there.

They are awesome! I wouldn’t expect the same day resizing or the same week, but they really put in the effort and I cannot tell that this ring was resized. If it’s so well and they did an amazing job on the ring and communicating! It took exactly a week, and my ring was sized down half a size! Their shop is also so cute and there’s a lot of other things that you can get while you’re there, I know I’ll be back for any other jewelry adjustments in the future

Such a wonderful and friendly shop! It’s hard to find such a family service oriented place like this these days. Ann was so pleasant & professional to deal with. I walked in not expecting much to find a gold bezel for a gold coin. Wow! Ann pulled out this huge catalog and sure enough found the perfect bezel for my taste. A couple of days later they set the coin for me at no cost. Price was about the same as online. Everyone inside was happy and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.
