After suffering from spinal stenosis for approximately 1 year I was referred to Dr. Adams. After reviewing my MRI and an in person consultation discussing my options, he recommended laminectomy surgery. The surgery has been absolutely life changing. There's no way that I could adequately express my gratitude to Dr. Adams and to the staff at St. Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands. Dr. Adams is an amazing neurosurgeon that truly cares about your health.

Dr. Adams prescribed physical therapy for my vertigo. After two sessions, I no longer had any problems. So happy with the results.
I love the office building very clean and the staff very friendly. Doctor Adams is kind and makes you feel secure! He is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend him and this practice to anyone who needs a good neurosurgeon!!
Saw Dr. Gareth for consultation as he had an impressive background. Background: Texas A&M undergrad (local Texan roots), Baylor College of Medicine: Medical Degree, PhD & neurosurgery residency followed by orthopedic & neurosurgery fellowship at University of Washington. I also enjoyed that he was an associate professor at Baylor (keeping up with with modern medicine).
