Garen Derhartunian is a great doctor, but his office staff is very incompetent, rude and disrespectful. He is so overprescribed these days that you will wait months to see him and then a few days before your appointment his office staff will call and reschedule and tell you that "the doctor needs to go to the hospital that day". A medical professional is only as good as the staff that supports them. I feel bad for Garen Derhartunian, but he needs to make serious changes to his operation. I wish him luck!
