For one, They don't answer your phone calls and you have to remind them to do their job on time. And then they will charge you extra fees for extra billed hours. This is either because they are incompetent and can't do it in honest time or because they lie about there hours and just want more of your money.. Complete disgrace of a firm. You would think ethics are standard at a law firm but I guess not all. Better off finding a different group for your services. I wish I did
