We had a real nasty fairly large coffee stain, all the way through to the backing, on our expensive RH silk & wool area rug. Of course we personally did everything you were NOT supposed to do in trying to clean it. We certainly created a challenge for Garec’s. One week later he returned with a very clean rug; most importantly the stain area was 99.9% gone (you would not notice it unless one knew its exact location).
