Being a motorcyclist for the past 45 years, I am happy to state that Gardy's Sport Center has been my dealership of choice for the past 16 years. They are friendly, honest, hard-working, and go the extra step to provide great service. My 'helmet' is off to them for their fine efforts and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

RUDE! Disrespectful! Ignorant! – Being one of the only Kawasaki Dealers around the twin cities I had to go through them for a few parts. Overpriced!!! They told me it should be at the shop within 3-5 days, I called a week later and the older guy never ordered it. Therefore I couldnt attend my annually bike trip because it took another 6 days to get there. One of my bike keys got bent, called them and asked for them to order me another one and the old guy says "call a locksmith" and hung up. Called back few hours later and he... read more

Best dealership around – Excellent knowledge on bikes. Great winterizing. done our boat every year perfect for the past 12 years! Everything is VERY clean and kept up. They can fix anything. I also agree about the jet ski comment. you really just need to learn how to ride one it has nothing to do with the mechanics.

First Class Dealership – I've purchased 2 bikes there one new and one used. I've also sold 2 bikes through Gardy's on consignment. Joel and his staff are straight forward and honest guys to do business with. I would not buy a bike any where else and would personally recommend them to anyone. As far as the Jet Ski comment ....learn how to drive one first ...

Bankers hours – Went there to buy a part on July 4 weekend and they were closed. Went back about a week later and asked why they were closed on a major summer holiday, when demand for parts might be high being they are near the river. The kid working there said, "we have a life too". I told him they are in the wrong business then.

Crooks crooks crooks – What a bunch of crooks they are at this dealer. I ordered parts that were not stocked for a kawasaki (they are a dealer) and ended up with them ordering the wrong parts, I went to return them still in the factory packaging unopened and they said they were unable to return cause they were special order..... HUHH? they are standard parts dude...... I will never step foot into that business again, I will encourage everyone I know to boycott that place.

Worst jet ski customer service and dealer – Would NEVER buy anything from these unprofessional and unreasonable so called business people. We purchased a 2008 Kawasaki Jet Ski from Gardy's and had on the water for 29 minutes. It tipped over once--we right sided it correctly and it never started again. There were four adults that watch the jet ski tip--it was tipped like you see every jet ski on the water tipped We returned to Gardy's and asked them to see what the probelm was with the jet ski and they indicated that we had s... read more

Wouldn't recommend for servicing boats. – When we brought our Ebbtide there I told them to call me if it was over $200. They never called and when we picked it up it ended up costing us $493. They indicated all we would have to do is put it in the water and it will run. We did and it DIDN'T RUN. When I called Gardy's they told me the carb needed cleaning and they weren't going to 'work for free'. I was actually disappointed in how I was treated - very BAD customer service. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
