Went to the Easter (2026) buffet. Sad to say it was a mismatch of flavors. It was as if they put out on the buffet the food left over in the refrigerator. It wasn't what we expected from Gardunos. There wasn't any chile sauce for the tamales, enchiladas weren't fresh. There was roast beef and ham but there wasn't any appropriate side dishes to go with the meats. The desserts weren't fresh. Disappointed for the price we paid
We sat and had dinner in the bar area. The server was very dull, did not show any enthusiasm for their job, never asked if everything turned out well, no refills on any of our beverages and never introduced themselves. Not likely to go back.
Absolutely disgusting!!! Never have I ever had such bad enchiladas.. the red chile is garbage.. tortillas tasted like the were boiled instead of fried before being used... Gardunos has fallen from the pedestal they once were on. What kind of "New Mexican restaurant " cant make sopapillas in house?.. completely disappointed to see where food and quality has gone.. off to the graveyard with the others , dont forget to grab blakes on your way out.. never mind the 30 minute wait for a 1/4 full restaurant...
Great Food at Garduno's. Service was a bit slow but there was a convention going on! Excellent lunch menu. Try the cheese enchiladas!
