Will never use this service/company again! SLOW! Held onto my taxes for almost 2 months. Every time I called I got the "I'm looking into that....." answer and never got a call back. I always had to follow up on the status of my taxes. I don't understand how someone can mess with someone's income/credit/IRS info the way this company does. Very unprofessional.
