Apartment has been okay, quite a few delays during the build and had to follow up multiple times regarding defects which they have now refused to correct.
Good quality and location
Having purchased a property off the plan we could nto be happier with the way things went considering all the issues related to COVID. When compared with other builds happening at this time I beleive they managed the situation exceptionally well. I had several friends and colleagues going through new builds around this time and most people were experiencing delays of around 12 months or worse.
