Took my car in to get new brakes. They replaced pads and rotors but pads made a grinding/rubbing sound afterwards. I ended up having to go back three times after the initial visit to get my brakes working properly. Customer service was horrible. Will not go back up there ever again.
Took my two car in for repairs on two different occasions, yes two different cars and got poor services, high prices and totally non-caring. One for a repair and got a $100+ battery install (without approval) and told it needed wipers..plus did a simple state cert for a total price of $218...nothing on what I sent it in for. Said they drove it around and it work fine. Took it to another and it cut off four times on the way. They fixed it two days.......and only cost me $185. Well you figure???
