My car broke down today in Northwood, I originally called Remares because they seem to have the best reputation on Google. The man seemed clearly frustrated with the quality of the call (as if I had say in where I broke down & the strength of my cell reception), and I didn't make it far enough to even explain that I needed a tow before hanging up. Extremely rude, hung up on me when when he asked what I wanted to pay and the figure didn’t meet his expectations. Didn’t even bother to tell me what it would take to get the tow done.
