5 stars. The easiest tow I’ve ever had and I’ve towed a lot of cars 😆 I used AAA online service which was SUPER easy, way easier than calling. I got text updates when they were coming and who. I got a call and a text update that they were going to be an hour late, which was fine, whatever. They call 5 minutes prior, and the load up was super easy.
