Gardner Real Estate Group was the selling agency for the property we were purchasing . Ed Gardner was the seller's broker, a challenging client. Ed was outstanding with coordinating all our question and answers with our agent during the process. He was patient, present and respectful to the occupants of the apartment building we purchased.
