I don't particularly have an issue with the quality of the work here, but when it comes to price, they are total rip off artists. Quoted me a price of $55 for a carburator clean up and charged my $68. Their ethanol free gas is $24/gal. Bought 5 gals. elsewhere for a little more than $14/gal. Furthermore, the owner needs to take a course in public relations 101. Very rude customer relations, as you can see in some of the other reviews.
Been there about 3 times in 10 years every time a terrible hassle. Went there recently to order part for my Dad"s mower. Week later found it wasn't ordered. 2 weeks later part comes in wrong and they wouldn't return. $140 down the drain. Bewrare of the condescending dickhead behind the counter. Best ride on mower service in all of northern Worcester county.
$25.00 fee if you choose not to have them do the work. They take about a month just to look at the item you brought in. Terrible customer service !!!
