Best home service company in all of Pawleys no matter who takes the service call. Matt, Jeffers, and Rob have each worked on a busted line, broken shower handle, and/or backed up kitchen sink drain in recent months. Fast, professional, and always fair.
These folks are the best. Rob did a phenomenal job with the replacement, from setup of workspace, demo and removal of old water heater, to install of new water heater. He executes his work with efficiency and competence. Megan in the office was fantastic as well.
Although extremely busy with frozen water pipes this past February Jeffers team at Mr. Water Heater was able to get to my water leak in a reasonable time frame and repaired the problem efficiently. Best plumber out there.
I can't say enough about Mr Water Heater of the Carolinas. Jeffers, Matt, Megan and all of their people did a great job installing a new water heater at my condo in Pawleys Island. They are very professional in everything they do.
I have had several plumbing adventures! Gardner Plumbing/Mr. Water Heater has responded quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
