Julie from Gardner Pool was supposed to give me an estimate to remodel my pool and spa. When she got here 45 minutes late, I told her that I was getting multiple estimates and was going with the least expensive estimate. She told me she will not be the least expensive and didn’t want to bother, giving me an estimate. She said she didn’t want to waste her time. She showed a complete lack of professionalism. If I were her boss, I would fire her for such behavior.
