They provided a quote for a pool job that turned out to be significantly incorrect. When I raised the issue and shared documentation, they refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for the mistake. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t trust them going forward.
They restored our pool 4 years ago and it’s been falling apart since they finished. Stay away from this company. We paid so much money for fly by night quality. They use unskilled underpaid workers and take advantage of elderly clients who don’t notice shitty work. The bottom of the pebble tech is so lumpy that we don’t use the pool light, the tile around the water line is popping on every plain. Get multiple quotes, and stay away.
