Great Place With a Great Staff. They were all happy and very joyful to me. Recommend to everyone in the area especially if you are military family. Receptionists were also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
Dr. Shih is phenomenal! He is so friendly. I felt so heard when expressing concerns. I really felt like he cared one on one about me and that I wasn't just a number. I was feeling insecure about my smile after receiving care with a different ortho. He was able to fix up my smile perfectly. Feeling much more pleased and confident now! Staff was very friendly too!
Came to get a new retainer they gave me the wrong one and messed my teeth up which in itself is very very unprofessional, so I came back to get it refit and was met by a highly unprofessional, rude, untrained front desk worker which tried to make us repay then continued to argue and pester us while speaking with someone else and also jumping in on our personal conversations. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
Came in for my appointment today as of February 20th 2024. Doctor explained what all needed to be done in a professional awesome way. Got all thw work needed to be done and contract was easy and well explained. Was able to get ky treatment done the same day. Front desk receptionist was absolutely cool. Definitely got great people working here. Highly recommend and Definitely worth the trip out. My insurance has an assigned dentist and orthodontist bit I choose out here and glad I did.
