I just purchased a Gardner mattress today! We walked into the store in Needham and was greeted by Zach, and he was super attentive and patient listening to my needs and was able to direct me to the perfect choice of mattresses for me. I was able to purchased a mattress quickly. I was impressed by the client service, thanks Zach! And I am looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress and base in two weeks! I am also very happy to support a small local business.

Zach was awesome! I came on the reputation of the brand, being locally made in MA, and our sales rep Zach was very understanding and zero pressure to buy or upsell. We tried a few models before deciding on the one we wanted and they were all super comfortable beds and well priced!

We just got our Gardener mattress delivered! We walked into the store in Needham two weeks ago, we were greeted by Erik, and he immediately knew what we were looking for. 20 min later we purchased a mattress. Now, the delivery guys (who are very nice and efficient) took out our old mattress and delivered the new one right on time. They had no issue with us living on a second floor. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience and we are happy to support a small local business

Gardner Mattress is the best! It's a family-run business with high quality mattresses at good prices. I thought buying a mattress would be overwhelming, but Zach helped me out and made the whole process seamless. Zach gave me the best customer service I've received in a long time from anywhere. It's also great to be able to test out the mattress for 90 days. Highly recommend!
