We just got our Gardener mattress delivered! We walked into the store in Needham two weeks ago, we were greeted by Erik, and he immediately knew what we were looking for. 20 min later we purchased a mattress. Now, the delivery guys (who are very nice and efficient) took out our old mattress and delivered the new one right on time. They had no issue with us living on a second floor. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience and we are happy to support a small local business
Gardner Mattress is the best! It's a family-run business with high quality mattresses at good prices. I thought buying a mattress would be overwhelming, but Zach helped me out and made the whole process seamless. Zach gave me the best customer service I've received in a long time from anywhere. It's also great to be able to test out the mattress for 90 days. Highly recommend!
We are so happy that we found Gardner Mattress! Our experience in the showroom with Zach was excellent - he asked questions to help us find the mattress that was right for us. He was extremely knowledgable about the process of mattress-making (here in Massachusetts!), the contents of the mattress (ours will be organic, something I wasn't sure was in the cards!), as well as the longevity of a Gardner mattress and the warranty (hard to beat!). I was warmly greated by Zach. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He invited me to test different mattresses and pillows and I am happy to recommend his store. I purchased a new mattress and can’t wait to receive it soon. They deliver and also offer to dispose of your old mattress by a small fee. They give you the possibility of exchange or return of the mattress within 90 days. I just went to many of the mattress stores in the Boston area, and not only was the quality of the mattress at Gardner better, but the prices were too. Zach Patt at the Needham location was very knowledgeable and immediately helped me find and locate the best product for my needs in their inventory.
