Do not move here. I lived here for 2 years and everything about the place is garbage. It was also full of drug dealers and drug addicts.

I didn't have any of the issues other people are mentioning. Marie was very communicative and responsive to all my calls and questions. I got a remodelled apartment, so everything was super new and nice. The 15 minute walk to downtown is so nice in the summer and the area is beautiful and instantly feels like home. Jericho, the maintenance guy, was also really helpful! This place is pretty affordable compared to the others in the area. Lastly, the vacating process was also relaxed and pleasant.
