At this point I don't even want to rent with this company. They're don't return calls, emails, applications go missing and unresponded to until it expires. Absolutely ridiculous
These apartments are disgusting and the landlord will never be in the office but always there when it’s time for rent. Rats go through your vents that’s not sealed outside. And roach infested and the neighbors are actually cool but the living cost and the amount they ask for rent. These should be like shelters for the homeless.
these apartments are the worst. they come with rats and the rooms are small as hell the biggest room is like the smallest room i had in my other apartment. The kitchen has a good design but also its horrible, it comes with washing machine and the washing machine shakes like crazy. Its a rip off that it cost 1,435 dollars per month
