I live in Michigan and own a duplex in Harvard. I'm usually my own handyman but being so far away I have enlisted Dave to fix problems that arise with the duplex and have never had a problem with his work. Every time he repairs something he sends me pictures with details of what was done. I don't feel he has ever over charged me for any of the work. He also let's me know what other problems I might see with the place down the road.
Unreliable. Scheduled an appointment for a small job. Took off work to be at home for appointment. A half hour before scheduled time I get a phone call saying he can’t make it. Wasted day off work. Look somewhere else to get your project done.
The lady Diane left a bad review on us but the truth is she did get a refund and we did cancel the work because she was so hard to work with. It is terrrible that someone can make such a statement and we have no recorse
Signed contract to paint exterior of .my home. Gave down payment of more than $2100. His crew came 1 day with ineffective powr washer. Had to come next day with more powerful washer. Stayed 1 hour. Asked Dave when he would be returning. Didn't know. Contacted him again. He said he doesn't like to be bothered by clients. Said he would like to break contract. I agreed. Never heard from him again.
