Highly recommend! We did a large scale basement renovation for our kids and the entire team at Gardner Fox was tremendous. Incredibly detailed with great communication throughout the the process.

We retained Gardner/Fox to convert an old balcony off of the master bedroom into an enclosed office/sitting space. We had a vision for what the space should look like and, thanks to Gardner/Fox, the end result surpassed our expectations. The entire Gardner/Fox team was prompt, professional, experienced, and accommodating. The Project Superintendent Wade made sure everything was taking care of on time and completed correctly. We highly recommend Gardner/Fox for anyone considering a home renovation.

The biggest compliment we receive is from friends and neighbors who say the renovation stayed true to the old charm of the neighborhood. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS. Used this company when the superintendent was located in FL. Brandon Franklin is absolutely horrific. He previously did work for my family and I and clearly has some mental health issues. He is psychotic and needs serious psychiatric assistance. He smelled like a liquor store!!! I believe his “wife” Kristen Ross was equally, if not more intoxicated than he was when she stopped by to “ask him a question”.
