In March-2023, I bought an Airthings IAQ/Radon monitoring device. In a nutshell, Radon levels vary on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; so a short term test seemed like a waste of time. My radon levels were recorded daily, weekly and monthly for over 3 months. I had many periods where my levels were over the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L; sometimes in the 7-8 pCi/L range.
