Purchased a fairly expensive compressor (ADVA- S23) through our local parts store, they failed to provide a warranty kit and were clueless even with the supplied paperwork. Sent an extensive email to Champ multiple weeks ago and have had NO response automated or otherwise. Starting to wish I had done more shopping. With this kind of customer service I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company.
Horrible website, slow and clunky, remember dial-up? It is circular so you will return to "USA" again and again. Trying to get manufacturer product data on the compressor to form and pour a slab for a compressor building for a very large national client who bought an HRA20D-25. It should take me 30 seconds to find the product data / installation instructions but apparently this information DOES NOT EXIST; you can't search by typing HRA20D-25, so you have to search every category on their website I just got a scenic view of e... read more

Let's team leaders discriminate against people due to gender identity. Man example treating female employees with less respect than male employees. And then makes false claims about employees talking about sexual body parts. According to the EEOC all that stuff falls under sexual harassment and discrimination
