The admin i spoked to claimed there was an issue with my insurance when there wasn't and was extremely condescending about it. I spoke to both Masshealth AND the Fitchburg health center who confirmed she was way off about whatever information she had in her system, and despite many attempts to speak to her supervisor and respectfully correct her mistake she insisted you knew what she was doing and that she was right and she knew her job better than me and told me she'd check to see if a supervisor was available but never did... read more
I have been seeing Pauline Saunders for 2 years now for a brain blockage and a dbl hernia in my diaphragm and she has done nothing to help either. Half of my tests and exams don't even make it into my records. Now she won't refill meds that I cannot go without and I can't get anyone to answer my call after being on hold for 7 mins. No quality care at all.
I went to Fitchburg with my sister from Greenfield to start a dental services. The front desk was very helpful but the information they are giving us in incorrect on her coverage. She only has the Medicare Buy In and gives her full HSN coverage for dental treatment. We are getting all different information from them as to what her coverage is as I have been told they use different systems that the MMIS.
