I am very dissapointed with this place my sister has a heart attack back in August then in January she had fluid around the heart. Was treated at UMass and when she went for a follow up she had blood work done and was told that Katherine Englund would call her on Monday 2/9/26!! Never received a call from her! My sister became very ill vomitting and not able to eat! Call the answering service on Saturday 2/21/26 told to take her to ER she looked at the labs from 2/6/26 and said it looked like she was dehydrated! Took her to ... read more
