I used to be terrified of this place due to all of my many bad outcomes and experiences. But I will say that since I went back I only see Dr. Neveo, she is kind patient and understanding of my anxiety from my past experiences. Now I always get numbing gel before the needle, she explained every step as she goes along and when she uses tools she allows me to use my phone and headphones to play music. It's quite calming. The admin i spoked to claimed there was an issue with my insurance when there wasn't and was extremely condescending about it. I spoke to both Masshealth AND the Fitchburg health center who confirmed she was way off about whatever information she had in her system, and despite many attempts to speak to her supervisor and respectfully correct her mistake she insisted you knew what she was doing and that she was right and she knew her job better than me and told me she'd check to see if a supervisor was available but never did... read more
