If you’re going to buy a used vehicle form them have it checked out by another shop. They will tell you it passed inspection but I’m pretty sure the guy doing the inspections is doing them with binoculars from his office chair because the vehicle I bought from them should never have been sold.
Very grateful for the good people at Gardner! Driving on highway 5 back to Alberta when a belt snapped at the top of the mountain. They were the only place that could get us in that day, despite me being a Mazda owner. They ordered my part, installed it, and got my family back driving again before the end of their day. Suzanne and the service team saved the day when my young son's car was struggling on the drive back from Vancouver to the Okanagan, his first ever long drive! 1 year old Chevy truck broke down on the coquihalla. GM roadside assistance recommends to tow to the nearest dealer - which is Gardner in Hope. 3 calls in to the service department to confirm appointment for service work and to arrange a rental vehicle. Nobody returned our call! Thank goodness we convinced the tow truck to take us to Bannister Chevrolet in Chilliwack.
