Not the best experience and safe to say I won’t be back. I purchased a 2023 VW Amarok for $60k drive away. Even though I came in with my own finance, I was still made to sit through their finance guy’s sales pitch. The service felt average at best – once they got the sale, that was it. When I picked the car up, it was filthy, not even cleaned. On the drive back from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, I noticed the wheels needed rebalancing.
