We are always treated very well by the entire professional staff. Dr. Lauren Benoit, Rosarnie, CeCe, Chelsea, Blair, and Krista are very caring and committed to providing top knotch service. This is my second set of hearing aids, plus my husband has also bought two sets of aids here. They are very detail oriented and carefully make sure our aids are accurately matched to the results of hearing tests by using Real Ear Measurement and Feedback Calibration. So far so good!. Dr.Lauren Benoit was very efficient and helpful during my recent visit in making sure my new Phonak Lumity aids are ordered correctly. Blair, CeCe, Renee and Chelsea were all very helpful with the adminstrative/insurance part of the process. I am confident that Dr. Benoit (who was a great listener and did not make me feel rushed during my appointment) will do a great job of properly adjusting my aids to my individual hearing needs when they arrive so I can enjoy the maximum benefit of upgrading from Phonak M... read more
I had a one hearing aid that wasn't syncing with the other or with my phone. The charge LED on that particular aid also wouldn't light when it was placed in the charger. Well, the ladies in the office went right to work, and had both hearing aids deep cleaned, syncing properly and updated with the newest firmware drop all in the space of 20 minutes!
