Out puggle Maggie is a very cautious pup, she is shy around new people. The techs here went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe. I was so impressed. She has been there a few times now and she actually feels safe here. They are taking very good care of her.
Even tho my kitty was too sick to be saved they tried. They made sure she was comfortable till the end. Then sent us a card with kitty's paw prints on it and their condolences. Great place.
Always loved this place. Life moves on for all of us but the quality and compassion are still there.
