• Purchased an aircraft through this brokerage — terrible experience overall. • They never asked if I wanted to expedite the registration process. • Months later, I still do not have the aircraft registration. • Very poor communication throughout — many emails went unanswered. • Multiple issues with the aircraft — several things did not function properly. • The plane was not available for a test flight before purchase. • I will not purchase another aircraft this way again.

Very poor experience buying a plane from them. This is just my experience and opinions. They refused to present all offers to seller. They misrepresented the condition of the aircraft (corrosion, inop auto pilot, etc), and when discovered during pre buy, they just said, "well if you don't like then take your deposit back, we got other buyers". They then moved my plane without my consent after telling me it would be safe to keep in its current hangar for 30 days. Ended up having to hire an attorney to get everything settled w... read more

If somebody has a problem with Jim, or anybody else at Gardner, he or shee should probably look into the mirror and pass judgment at what they see. Kind, caring, professional - three words to sum up my experiences at Gardner. As a three-decade trial attorney and former airline pilot, I can proffer no criticism, and I will use their services whenever I sell and purchase aircraft.
