Over a month ago I reported that the lock to our building on one of the doors was not functioning. Since then we have reported the same issue three or four times. We have not gotten any callback from anyone to let us know that they know about the issue, are working on the issue, or care about the inconvenience. Today the other door lock has failed. Stormark took over the management of this storage facility two years into us utilizing the facility. In the year since they took over, our rent has increased by more than 30%. And that's before they add $12 a month for a protection plan. We went from $109 a month to $144 a month in less than a year. I expected a small rate increase with new management, but this is beyond ridiculous. We won't need a storage unit for much longer, but will need an RV space, and I definitely will no longer be considering Stormark for that servic... read more
