Stormark took over the management of this storage facility two years into us utilizing the facility. In the year since they took over, our rent has increased by more than 30%. And that's before they add $12 a month for a protection plan. We went from $109 a month to $144 a month in less than a year. I expected a small rate increase with new management, but this is beyond ridiculous. We won't need a storage unit for much longer, but will need an RV space, and I definitely will no longer be considering Stormark for that servic... read more
Communication is poor, rent is high for what is offered, you will absolutely have damaged items due to moisture, bugs, and dirt. They say rent is one price but after fees to pay rent and insurance, which they force you to obtain, it is higher. We swapped to another local company and fire twenty dollars a month more we have a climate controlled unit, insurance, ease of access, just an overall better experience. If you are in a pinch looking for a unit it's ok but there are definitely better options locally.
Great site manager in Sophia, Mandy! Super easy check in process. Very clean, neat facility. Security cameras all over facility & is gated.
