Es ist alles super, alles ist genauso wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben wird. Auch wir hatten etwas Bauchschmerzen den Betrag im voraus zu bezahlen. Aber es war wirklich wie versprochen, der Kontakt war über die ganze Zeit immer perfekt. Es wurde immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war das der Liefertermin 5 mal verschoben wurde. Doch als der Hot tub dann ankam war alles perfekt. Der Fahrer hat uns den Hot tub sogar bis zum Bestimmungsort gebracht. BEWARE - Although this looks like a UK firm they are based in Lithuania - their terms and conditions are illegal under UK Law - there should be a 14 day cooling off period - and refunds should be made within 14 days. After a large order was cancelled one month later still waiting for a refund and the company has advised they are in "financial difficulty" so you may never get your order
