Great selection of natural goods from food to skincare. Really good prices - comparable to any Spokane or online retailers. I know where I’ll be getting my spices and oils from now on.
GardenSpot has everything that you need in supplements, herbs, etc. The proprietor, Jennifer Williams, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful if you don't have any idea what you're looking for. Prices were good here as well. I haven't personally used her event floral business as I live 450 miles away, but I've seen her work, and I'd use her in a heartbeat!! I'd highly recommend a visit to this shop!
Jennifer is the best. She is so knowledgeable and has so many options to keep you healthy!
