Customer service good. Speed of delivery great. Product? Garbage. My partner emailed asking for organic soil. Got a quote that was fine. Asked to go ahead with it. Product delivered? I am not sure what it is. But it looks like what you would find for land fill after demolishing a house. I don’t know what gardener could possibly make use of this soil. No one with gardening experience would put this in their garden. I expect a lot of wood chips, but instead it is rocky, clay like, and hydrophobic, as well as pure garbage. The ... read more
Bought some organic soil mix and cannot use at least 1/4 of is because it's all big, dry clods. Very disappointing. Would recommend if you use them, tell them to load from the nice fresh stuff in the bays and not the big piles
Staff need to be reminded without customers they wouldnt have jobs
