Absolutely disappointing, I booked in for 80mins whole body massage and foot relaxation but there were soo unprofessional. The message lady was quite old appeared tired. I felt like she is not suitable for the job. She hardly did for 60 mins in between massage she is out from to 10times and I could hear her talking to reception. That booked hours is mine. I booked in for a full body massage, waited nearly 20 mins for my session to begin. Staff seem friendly and apologised for the delay and offered a bottle of water. Mary my massage therapist was fantastic, listened to my concerns with lower back pain and applied the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. Mary was professional at all times, a lovely warm blanket was placed on top, so I never felt too exposed/cold. I left feeling very relaxed and happy with the overall customer service experience.
Staff here are lovely and professional. I have been here couple of times now and i have had great experience. Will definitely go back.
Hardworking good ppl,give good massage
We absolutely love Lisa! She is very caring, friendly, and highly skilled. Her knowledge of muscle tissues and stress relief is amazing. My mum has leg issues, and Lisa has really helped her feel better. My boys and I regularly go to her for full body relaxation massages and always leave feeling refreshed. The environment is clean, hygienic, and very relaxing. Bonus that you can claim through private insurance. Highly recommend!
