The staff at the Gardens is so loving and caring. I have spent a lot of time there with my Mom (now in Heaven) and my Dad. Hugs to all of "the girls"-you give those of us that aren't in the state such piece of mind and I know my Dad feels loved. Keep up the great work! Carmine Marinelli III
There is three observations I had in the food service area, which needs attention. 1.When the food staff takes orders they need to write it down and serve the residents what they ordered. Instead of just giving them half of what they ordered or worse yet nothing they ordered 2. The meals need to be served HOT not Luke warm 3. The coffee needs to be served hot not chilled or Luke warm.
